How does buying by the box work?
Every product is a box of one category with a fixed number of pieces. One box of 30 fleeces is 30 fleeces. Order the number of boxes you want and the piece count scales with it. The price per piece is shown on every listing.
What condition is the stock?
Everything is graded second-hand vintage, sorted by category. Grades run A, A/B, B, B/C and C, and the grade is stated on each listing. A box may vary by up to 10% of its piece count. The full grading definitions are in the Refund Policy.
How fast is dispatch?
Orders are dispatched within 24 hours, straight from the warehouse by DPD.
Where do you ship, and how long does it take?
UK delivery is next working day. Combine also ships to 14 EU countries on a 2 to 5 business day service. Shipping is calculated per box at checkout. The Shipping Policy has the full country list and timings.
Do EU orders pay customs or duties?
EU orders ship on a delivered-at-place basis, so any import duties or taxes are the buyer's responsibility and are collected by the carrier. UK prices already include VAT.
Something is wrong with my box. What now?
Raise it within 3 working days of delivery, with photos, and keep the goods until the claim is resolved. The process and remedies are set out in the Refund Policy.
Do you accept change-of-mind returns?
No change-of-mind returns. Orders can be cancelled any time before dispatch. Genuine issues are handled as claims under the Refund Policy.
Can I get a VAT invoice?
Yes. Prices include UK VAT and a VAT invoice is available on request. EU export orders are zero-rated for UK VAT.
